FOX SPORTS FOUNDERS DAY - 2025

From initial concepting through on-site execution, I oversaw and supported the full multi-activity experience for Fox Sports. The event was centered around connection, competition, and team engagement. The event featured a series of custom-built courses, interactive games, and physical and mental challenges designed to encourage collaboration while energizing attendees.developing the flow of activities, managing vendors and production teams, and ensuring each touchpoint delivered both entertainment and brand alignment. The event included a special appearance by TOM BRADY.

WHISTLE STUNT: The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,

For the promotion of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, I led the rapid execution of a high-impact, viral whistle stunt designed to ignite fan excitement and capture attention in real time. With less than 48 hours to plan, I sourced, organized, and directed over 50 performers to execute the iconic Hunger Games whistle in a coordinated, large-scale activation.

DREAMWORKS | KIDZCON

For DreamWorks KidzCon, I helped bring to life an immersive, family-focused experience in partnership with DreamWorks Animation IPs: Gabby's Dollhouse, Jurassic World and Kung Fu Panda, designed to engage young fans through playful storytelling and interactive environments. The event transformed beloved characters and franchises into a series of hands-on activations, performances, and themed zones that encouraged exploration, creativity, and connection.

MoroccanOil Holiday Airstream Experience

Created and streamlined an end-to-end buzz worthy holiday activation for the beauty brand, MoroccanOil. The activation involved permitting needs, custom fabrication, food and beverage service, POS opportunities, Influencer Relations, and more.

ARIH - INSPIRED BY BTS

For ARIH, I led the execution of a culturally driven product launch inspired by the global influence of BTS, designed to fuse fandom, food, and immersive storytelling. Centered around a BTS-inspired noodle concept, the experience translated the energy and aesthetic of K-pop culture into a vibrant, multi-sensory activation.

PANDORA - LAS VEGAS GRAND OPENING

In Las Vegas, I led the execution of a larger-than-life store launch activation for Pandora, centered around a custom-built, life-size roulette machine designed to capture attention and drive engagement on the casino floor. Blending the thrill of gaming with Pandora’s signature aesthetic, the installation invited guests to step into the experience for a chance to win prizes, creating an interactive moment that felt both glamorous and high-energy.
